Referral Reward Terms
From time to time, we may offer referral rewards to eligible individuals who introduce prospective clients to us.
Eligible Referrals
To qualify for a referral reward:
The referral must be received by us before the referred person enters into a management agreement with us.
The referred person must not already be an active client under a current management agreement with us.
The referred person must enter into a signed property management agreement with us for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.
The referred property must successfully transition into our management.
Qualification Requirements
A referral reward will only become payable once:
The referred client has entered into a minimum twelve (12) month property management agreement with us; and
Either the first full monthly management fee has been paid in full by the client, or the applicable letting fee has been paid in full, whichever occurs first.
No referral reward is earned, payable, or claimable until all qualification requirements have been satisfied.
Existing Clients and Multiple Referrals
Where a referred person is already known to us, is currently working with our team, has previously engaged with us regarding our services, or where multiple parties claim to have referred the same person, the eligibility of the referral and any referral reward shall be determined solely at our discretion.
Our decision regarding referral eligibility, entitlement, and payment is final.
Referral Rewards
The type, value, form, and method of delivery of any referral reward may vary from time to time and will be determined by us at our discretion.
Referral rewards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by us.
Changes or Termination
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, replace, or terminate any referral rewards program at any time without notice.
Any eligible referrals received prior to the date of amendment, suspension, or termination will continue to be assessed under the terms applicable at the time the referral was received.
No future referral rewards will apply following termination of the program unless expressly stated otherwise by us.
General
We reserve the right to withhold, refuse, recover, or cancel any referral reward where we reasonably believe these terms have not been met, misleading information has been provided, or the referral program has been misused.
Our decision regarding the interpretation and application of these terms is final and binding.
